Guidelines governing Official Cinema Cars content, vehicle-owner submitted photographs, promotional materials, trademarks and permitted media usage within the OCC network.

Official Cinema Cars relies on photographs, video, vehicle information and other media to connect distinctive vehicles with professional productions.
This policy explains how content submitted to or displayed by Official Cinema Cars may be used and establishes general guidelines regarding copyright, intellectual property and promotional media.
CONTENT & MEDIA
WEBSITE & BRAND CONTENT
Unless otherwise indicated, original content created by or for Official Cinema Cars, including website design, written copy, graphics, layouts, logos, branding elements, promotional materials and original media, is owned by or licensed to Official Cinema Cars.
OCC content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified or used for unauthorized commercial purposes without prior written permission from Official Cinema Cars.
OWNER-SUBMITTED PHOTOGRAPHS
Vehicle owners may submit photographs, videos and other media when registering or promoting a vehicle through Official Cinema Cars.
By submitting media to OCC, the person submitting the material represents that they own the content or otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it to OCC for the purposes associated with the vehicle registry and OCC services.
Submitted media should not knowingly infringe the copyright, privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights of another person or organization.
PERMISSION TO DISPLAY SUBMITTED MEDIA
By voluntarily submitting vehicle photographs, videos or related media to Official Cinema Cars, the submitter grants OCC a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, resize, crop, format and distribute that submitted media as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the OCC vehicle network and related services.
This may include displaying submitted media on the Official Cinema Cars website, vehicle registry, vehicle listings, presentations, production submissions, social-media channels and OCC promotional materials.
Ownership of the original submitted media is not transferred to Official Cinema Cars solely because the material was submitted to OCC.
VEHICLE LISTING MEDIA
Photographs and vehicle information submitted to OCC may be displayed within public or restricted portions of the Official Cinema Cars vehicle registry.
OCC may resize, crop, compress or otherwise format submitted photographs when reasonably necessary to maintain consistent presentation across desktop, mobile, social-media and production presentation formats.
OCC may also select which submitted images are displayed as primary, secondary or promotional images for a registered vehicle.
PRODUCTION SUBMISSIONS
OCC may provide vehicle photographs and relevant vehicle information to production companies, filmmakers, advertising agencies, photographers, coordinators, producers and other professional clients when presenting vehicles for potential production opportunities.
Such presentation does not automatically authorize a production to use submitted photographs in advertising, merchandise, commercial campaigns or unrelated promotional materials.
Any broader usage rights required by a production should be separately obtained from the applicable rights holder when necessary.
SOCIAL MEDIA & OCC MARKETING
Submitted vehicle media may be used by Official Cinema Cars to promote registered vehicles, OCC services, vehicle categories, production opportunities and the Official Cinema Cars network.
Promotional usage may include OCC-controlled social-media accounts, website features, digital advertising, email communications, presentations and other OCC marketing materials.
Where reasonably practical, OCC may identify the vehicle or vehicle owner when appropriate, but attribution is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
THIRD-PARTY COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS
Certain photographs, vehicle names, manufacturer names, trademarks, logos or other materials appearing in connection with OCC may belong to third parties.
Reference to an automotive manufacturer, production company, studio, network, photographer, brand or other third party does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or partnership with Official Cinema Cars.
All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE
Content obtained from the Official Cinema Cars website or vehicle registry may not be harvested, copied, republished or compiled for the purpose of creating a competing vehicle database, directory, brokerage service or commercial platform without authorization.
OCC vehicle photographs, listing information and proprietary presentation materials may not be used to falsely represent vehicle availability, ownership, affiliation with OCC or authorization to broker or rent a vehicle.
PHOTO & MEDIA REMOVAL REQUESTS
Vehicle owners or other applicable rights holders may contact Official Cinema Cars regarding media they believe should be removed, corrected or updated.
OCC may request information reasonably necessary to verify the requester's identity, relationship to the vehicle and ownership or control of the applicable media rights.
When appropriate, OCC will make reasonable efforts to review and address legitimate removal or correction requests.
Removal from OCC-controlled platforms does not necessarily remove copies previously shared with third parties, cached by search engines, reposted by others or incorporated into previously completed materials outside OCC's reasonable control.
REPORTING COPYRIGHT CONCERNS
If you believe material displayed by Official Cinema Cars infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights, please contact OCC with sufficient information to identify the material in question.
A request should include the location or description of the material, an explanation of the rights claimed, the requester's contact information and any other information reasonably necessary for OCC to evaluate the matter.
OCC may remove or restrict access to disputed material while a legitimate rights claim is being reviewed.
SUBMITTER RESPONSIBILITY
Individuals submitting media to Official Cinema Cars are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority to provide the material and grant the permissions necessary for its intended OCC use.
If photographs were created by a professional photographer or another third party, the submitter should ensure that applicable permissions allow the photographs to be submitted and used for the purposes described in this policy.
Vehicle ownership alone does not necessarily establish copyright ownership of photographs depicting that vehicle.
POLICY UPDATES
Official Cinema Cars may update this Copyright, Photo & Media Usage Policy as OCC services, technology, vehicle-registry features and business practices evolve.
The version published on the Official Cinema Cars website represents the current general policy unless different terms have been established through a separate written agreement.
